All annual lot owner payments must be submitted in the form of a personal check, cashiers check, or money order. NO CASH will be accepted.
Your payment must include the following information:
Your correct address and lot number and contact information for homeowner.
If you have a renter in your home, please include the information on a separate sheet;
Renter’s Name (telephone, cell & office numbers in case of emergencies) and email addresses.
Please make sure the Board is aware who is living in your home in case of an emergency!
